Your registration will be confirmed via e-mail or fax.  By February 6, 2009 you must supply your transportation information including: Airline, flight number and scheduled arrival time.  If you have any doubt that you will arrive at Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport and have your luggage in hand by 2 pm Friday, March 6^th please plan to arrive the day before and stay on the airport at the Hyatt Hotel.  The buses will pull off from the terminals promptly at 2 pm for the museums and it will be very difficult to catch up to them.

Cancellation policy:  Cancellations made by January 1, 2009 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made before February 28, 2009 will receive a 75% refund, cancellations made after February 28, 2009 will not receive a refund.
